I live just up the road from a fabulous locals only kind of ski area. Monarch. It's pushing mid Dec and it's still not open and I have a new board screaming to get used.

My wife and I watched 'Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter' last night. We liked it very much.
We'll probably re-watch (sic?) John 'Ballsack' Cusack's '2012'. So-so story, awesome special effects.
I'm really looking forward to our Christmas Day 'Die Hard' marathon. -

You guys out there with the radio door lockers and unlockers on your cars - would you do me a favor and have the horn disconnected? I know, it's easy, you walk away and press a button, your car beeps, and you have the comfort that only the security of knowing your car is unlocked will provide, and you didn't have to, you know, stick your key in the door and turn it. Pressing a button, it's one finger motion, whereas inserting a key and turning it, that's what? Three motions? How many motions is it, Dru? Never mind. It's more than one, more than two, I'm sure.
Thing is, hang with me for a minute here... when you perform that finger motion, resulting in the locking of your car and the beeping of your horn, when you do that, not only do YOU know your door is locked, but so does your next-door neighbor. Also the guy across the street. And the people next to him. In fact, EVERYONE WITHIN A QUARTER OF A FUCKING MILE knows now, hey, douchebag down the street has locked his car. Whether they want to know or not! GOT THAT? THEY HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOUR FUCKING HORN, AND FIND OUT YOU LOCKED YOUR DOOR, WHETHER THIS IS USEFUL KNOWLEDGE OR NOT!
Did it never occur to you that, really, all those people don't GIVE A SHIT whether your car door is locked? Well, the car thieves, they care, but NO ONE else does. SO KNOCK IT OFF WITH THE FUCKING NOISE POLLUTION, PLEASE.
