Clinton's Woman Problem

PBS documentary looks at Bill Clinton's 'womanizing'
Rape Suspect

Too cute by half.  I've had Joe Klein stuck in my craw for, oh,  say 20 years.  He was a ground zero media wake-up call for me.  I realized the media are for sale— cheap,  to the closest leftist ideologue.  *spits*  Maybe Joe's dying of cancer and wants to make amends with this belated epiphany. Who knows? Or cares.

The Clinton mafia are not quite as good as the Kennedy's at  hounding book and television editors into submission, when the Camelot fantasy is threated,  but they are pretty damned effective  in a thuggish way.  Maybe it's because so many harbor doubts about the truthfulness of those, er, stories. I fully expect the Clintons to use the same tactics employed when ABC's The Path to 9-11 was scheduled to run.    Maybe they'll have Sandy Berger steal the film negative.

We'll know how dedicated PBS is to truth-telling if  his rape of 19 year-old Eileen Wellstone  near Oxford University in 1969  is covered.  Don't hold your breath.
