Beat Facial Recognition

Res Ipsa Loquitor

Facial recognition technology isn’t part of science fiction anymore, it’s something that’s being employed by a handful of governments around the world, and even private enterprise is getting in on it with applications like Facedeals. If you don’t want to be pinged in public by a surveillance suite though, hacktivist group Anonymous have made a handy instructional video to keep you safe.

Tips to dodge facial recognition software include wearing a clear plastic mask to make your facial features unrecognisable to video surveillance, because your face appears all reflecty and blurred. Another way the Anons suggest is to tilt your head more than 15 degrees to the side, as software limitations means you’ll be rendered undetectable. You can also apply “elaborate makeup” — Gotye-style — to make yourself invisible to facial recognition tech.

All of these make you look pretty silly, though.

The best way to do it that the Anons recommend is to get a few infrared lights powered by a nine-volt battery and attach it to to a hat. The lights will be relatively invisible to the naked eye, but cameras looking to identify you will pick up the light and the resulting bloom will cover your face completely when viewed by cameras. It's very important that we begin trying to beat  traffic cams, drones,  facial recognition, and any other snoopology being sold to as as "for for own security.   The reason—Americans are leery of these devices as it is, but that hasn't stopped their proliferation.  Any nascent police state has to sell the idea to enough people that they can make arrests and prosecute without a ground swell of protest.  Weak sisters need to see widespread resistence NOW. It's not just our government, it's the world order; an idea this government has bought into by the way.

Drudge had the Civilian Drone Warfare story up earlier today (OMFG! Now, a new online video poses a more troubling question: What if civilian drones are equipped to shoot more than just pictures?OMFG).  The media will ride this story like a bull on a cute a cow.  The Newtowne shooting is already being employed as justification to rip up the constitution.  And face it- you won't see people employing home built drones, unless and until there's open rebellion of the Warsaw ghetto variety.

Hell, back in 2007 I advocated private civilian use of cammmed up drones to guard the US-Mexican border,  That meme continued for awhile, to a point where I mounted shotguns on them, and had high school kids patrolling sectors.  First a warning shit, then a mini nuke.   Not a new idea then.  Problem now is, we have a gummint that will use drones to control us while allowing the wholesale influx of illegals!   Tell me that's not something that needs fighting!

Chief Justice Roberts- Killed America

Chief Justice Roberts’ opinion in the ObamaCare case was not statesmanlike; it was elitist.  By grounding its reasoning in an amorphous, under-theorized and functionally limitless constitutional power, the majority ensured that people who disagree with the outcome will be flummoxed in trying to critique it.  In truth, the majority’s reasoning on the tax power is weak, even risible—but few people possess the tools to explain why, and by the time they acquire those tools, the intensity of the moment will have faded.

He invented out of whole cloth a new definition of taxation that contravenes long-standing precedent. He added hundreds of billions of dollars to the federal deficit, by way of his Medicaid ruling. And he forever tarnished his legacy as a Justice, and his promise to the nation that he would serve as an umpire, and “remember that it’s my job to call balls and strikes, and not to pitch or bat.”

So yes, it was a deft move to uphold the healthcare law while avoiding the Commerce Clause quagmire.  In steering the court around a direct confrontation with the other branches it is possible that Chief Justice Roberts has assured constitutional peace for our time.  But given a choice between fidelity to the Constitution and intra-governmental harmony, Roberts chose the latter.  And he did so in a way that will shut many people out of the debate over the quality of the Court’s reasoning and the legitimacy of its decision.  Let him be remembered for that, too. [Forbes] [Forbes]

Bottom line, and in plain talk - because of Roberts we are left with no place to hide from the federal Goliath.  We can no longer "disappear." Every vestige of our privacy and personal life are under the purview of the Internal Revenue Service.  Under the  Robert's rule, government can tax (confiscate) every possession we have.  He could have stopped it all.  All things considered then,  Chief Justice Roberts is the worst person in American history.

An elderly Italian man who lived on the outskirts of Rimini, Italy
went to the local church for confession.

When the priest slid open the panel in the confessional, the man said:
"Father, during World War II, a beautiful Jewish woman from our
neighborhood knocked urgently on my door and asked me to hide her
from the Nazis. So I hid her in my attic."

The priest replied: "That was a wonderful thing you did, and you have
no need to confess that."

"There is more to tell, Father. She started to repay me with sexual
favours. This happened several times a week, and sometimes twice on
Sundays."

The priest said, "That was a long time ago and by doing what you did,
you placed the two of you in great danger, but two people under those circumstances can easily succumb to the weakness of the flesh. However,
if you are truly sorry for your actions, you are indeed forgiven."

"Thank you, Father. That's a great load off my mind. I do have one more question."

"And what is that?" asked the priest.

"Should I tell her the war is over?''

Let's say you own a home and your mortgage is $1,000 a month. If, however, you instead rented the home from a landlord your rent, let's say, would be $2,000 a month. To the mandarins at the IRS, you are "earning" an implied $1,000 a month because you own and not rent, and that "value" should be added to your taxable income. If you own your home out-right and don't have a mortgage at all, you would be "earning" $2,000 a month which the IRS thinks should be added to your taxable income. [The Most Absurd 'Loophole' in the Tax Code]

...   the feds list this exemption as one of the top "loopholes" in the tax code. They estimate that it "costs" the feds over $50 billion a year to not levy this tax.
