shopping at Loehmann's?

I can't figure this out. It was originally titled "shoplifter," but I don't see it. Looks more like she switched laundry detergent, which caused such bad itching she had to shed the offending clothes. I speak from unexaggerated experience here. Or, maybe she's shopping at Loehmann's?
