This is about my old school. I graduated from there in 1954. I am now a volunteer at the Gaston Museum (http://www.gastonmuseum.org/) and we welcomed the young man who chose our old school for his project at Texas A & M.

The project was mainly about the architecture of the buildings, but he presented it with a bunch of school history. Gaston and a neighboring school merged in 1965 and the school was vacant for a few years after it was closed somewhere around 1970.
