Right - something you have as a human, not something the gummint allows you to have.
People - you and me and everybody else, not just 'militia' or cops.
Keep and bear - own and have with you when you want.
Shall - for all you dumbasses of the past two generations who were not taught parts of speech and diagramming sentences, "shall" is an imperative, meaning it absolutely is and will be this way; not "maybe" or "I might let you" or "special elite people may"
Infringed - to me, a requirement to wait, pay a fee, pay a tax, register, go through a permitting process, one gun a month buying restriction, all the "common sense"*spit* gun law crap, is an infringement.

Tailgunner, You have it dead on. Now all that is needed for the REMFs in Washington DC to get their heads out of their collective asses and pay attention .
But we know when that will happen, don't we.
