Epic Fail Cali Obamacare

“Some physicians have been put in the network and they were included basically without their permission,” Lisa Folberg said. She is a CMA’s vice president of medical and regulatory Policy.

They’re also pointing out that Covered California’s website lists many doctors as participants when they aren’t.

Stockman v. Cornyn

Oh My Yes!

Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, told WND exclusively that he will run against against Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, in the state’s primary race. Cornyn is running for re-election to the U.S. Senate in 2014.

South Carolina have some big balls!

The United States of America
v.
The People's Democrat Republic of MFCS.

S. CAROLINA AIMS TO NULLIFY OBAMACARE

Legislation would prevent implementation, sue to protect state residents

“Should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular states, which would seldom fail to be the case, or even a warrantable measure be so, which may sometimes be the case, the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand.

The disquietude of the people; their repugnance and, perhaps, refusal to co-operate with the officers of the union; the frowns of the executive magistracy of the state; the embarrassments created by legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions, would oppose, in any state, difficulties not to be despised; would form, in a large state, very serious impediments; and where the sentiments of several adjoining states happened to be in unison, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.” James Madison

Using Mr. Madison's instruction:

 "
South Carolina lawmakers have a proposal in their legislative pipeline that would nullify the federal Obamacare law."

Now, we're  used to having any disagreement with Obama being chalked up to racism; this is no exception.

" Critics already have declared the bill is racist and argue that federal law trumps state law. They charged that state lawmakers can’t opt out of the law because they don’t like President Obama."

Projection
Speaking for myself,  and because I see no way for the United States to survive this latest assault on us by the Obamunist Left, it will be far better for all involved if, instead of having an ugly civil war that nobody can win, we go back to the 1861 model, with one exception.  We expel several states from our Union, and fight under the U.S.flag to make it stick.    Hoo-rah!  One more difference.  After we've won, their leaders will not be paroled.

Ban by Liberal Judges Overturned

"Hillary: The Movie" ...
... never became a blockbuster. The Federal Election Commission restricted Citizens United's ability to advertise the film during the 2008 primary season, a decision that Bossie and other conservative activists saw as a threat to their freedom of speech.

When the Supreme Court first heard the case in March, Deputy Solicitor General Malcolm L. Stewart, representing the FEC, was pulled into a discussion of an issue that took him down a slippery slope: If the movie were a book, would the government ban publishing the book if it mentioned a candidate for office within the election time frame?

Stewart (representing the FEC) said that it could.

"That's pretty incredible," Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. said.

Then came questions about electronic devices such as the Kindle.

"If it has one name, one use of the candidate's name, it would be covered, correct?" Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. asked.

"That's correct," Stewart replied.

"It's a 500-page book, and at the end it says, 'And so vote for X,' the government could ban that?" Roberts asked.

Bossie said this was the argument that turned a majority of the bench against the FEC and in favor of Citizens United.

"That sent a chill down the Supreme Court," Bossie said. The argument became a "point of demarcation."

Citizens United spent about $1.25 million in legal fees on the case -- so much, Bossie said, that it "makes you cry."    --[WaPost, "The film that cracked the case"]

Here it is.  It's worth watching, and making others watch, at gunpoint if necessary.  Okay, maybe not that.  By the way, the  four disenters were - guess who?   Justices Stevens, Ginsburg,  Breyer, and Sodahead

Two B-Bags; Kuster and Clinton

Just Because ...

Ann Kuster is a - wait; are there any elected Democrat women who do not appear to be stupid, clueless, script reading chatterboxes?  Maybe Di-Fi (she does manage to project a false air of competence.  I can't think of another).

I don't care that they are for the most part quite unattractive, I do mind that they are dull witted.

PS - Kuster could not have been elected dog catcher before the NH was over-run by Massachussettscum trying to escape the mess they made.

Hillary Clinton is a gangster, pure and simple.  She's a liar, a crook. a traitor to her country, a murderess, and without a single landmark accomplishment to her name during way too many years in public life.  Her testimony here is enough to send her to prison.

Last name's Emanuel. From Chicago.

LIARS and Other Democrats

good idea to say that virtually all elected or active Democrats are liars, but what the hell." -

One Example (out of 65,276→)

"The president never said you were going to have unlimited choice of any doctor in the country you want to go to," said the Obamacare architect.

"No. He asked a question. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Did he not say that, sir?"

"He didn't say you could have unlimited choice."

"It's a simple yes or no question. Did he say if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor?"

"Yes. But look, if you want to pay more for an insurance company that covers your doctor, you can do that. This is a matter of choice. We know in all sorts of places you pay more for certain -- for a wider range of choices or wider range of benefits. The issue isn't the selective networks. People keep saying, Oh, the problem is you're going to have a selective network--"

"Well, if you lose your doctor or lose your hospital-- [etc]"

Answer.
  1. He's a Liberal Democrat
  2. He's Rahm Emanuel's Brother
  3. He fashioned the Obamacare legislation
  4. People want to find him alone in an alley
