Don't just defund the curently offending parts of the EPA, defund the entire ^#$%* agency, along with Podesta's position and any staff assigned to support him.
Then, invite His Royal Highness to come to Capitol Hill to negotiate in open committe session what environmental functions he would like to restore and what limitations those will operate under. If we need a federal environmental agency - and I contend that we don't, each of the 57 states already has one, here's the chance to rewrite the charter into something worthwhile. -

The best way some folks could help save the environment is to quit producing CO2. The easiest way to do that, requiring the least effort, is to stop respiration...
