The Grand Tour Nee Top Gear The return of former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May is one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the automotive world. Their new Amazon-backed show, The Grand Tour, has been teased endlessly for months, and live tapings are currently underway. Now, though, we finally know when we can see what the infamous trio has been up to. A video trailer on the Grand Tour's YouTube channel announced that the show will make its premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 18th. The trailer shared doesn't reveal too much, but there's footage from the show's McLaren P1, LaFerrari, and Porsche 918 comparison test. Otherwise, the production looks incredibly gorgeous, which is exactly what you'd expect from this trio. The revamped Top Gear might have to step up its game for their next season. We're just happy we have two well-produced automotive shows to watch. Meh.  First, this is an Amazon production, which means it will evetually be watch for pay, even for Prime'rs. Second, I loved Top Gear, but by the end I'd pretty much stopped watching new epidodes, opting instead for re-runs of  earlier series.  Way more entertaining.  I hope I'm wrong though.  I do admire Richard Hammond's, and James May's loyaly to JC.

VIDEO: Columbia Student Cries Over Trump Chalking on Campus “I don’t want my future to be this!” Thanks in large part to the Emory University students who pathetically panicked after seeing pro-Trump messages written in chalk on campus sidewalks, pro-Trump messages are now appearing on other college campuses. The whole thing is going viral on Twitter under the hashtag #TheChalkening. We covered the great campus Chalkening back in April. (See panel) In this video, James O'Keefe and Project Veritas Action journalists "trigger" a Columbia University student while chalking for Trump. While chalking and building a mini wall, the Columbia student became overly emotional and scared. When the student continued to have a meltdown, campus security intervened and asked O'Keefe to leave. A school maintenance worker immediately washed away the Trump chalkings with a hose once O'Keefe and the PVA journalists left. Do I have to say it?

It seems Mexico agrees with Donald Trump’s plans to build a wall to keep out illegal immigrants – but only on its southern border with Central America. Mexicans are calling for the border wall to keep out Guatemalans, Salvadorans and Hondurans fleeing violence in their own countries. They complain ‘hordes’ of immigrants pass through on their way to the United States -who are then simply deported back to Mexico rather than their home countries by the US. ‘Trump’s idea of a border wall is a good one but it should be on the southern border with Central America in order to stop the flow of Central Americans from entering both countries,’ the El Mañana board wrote in July. Central American migrants are left stuck in border cities with Mexican officials unable to afford to send them back to their own countries, according to an article by one of the largest newspapers in the border state of Tamaulipas, El Mañana, titled: ‘Yes to the Border Wall … but in Mexico’s South.’ The real estate mogul sparked international outrage last year when he unveiled his idea for a giant wall on the US border with Mexico – which he claimed Mexico would pay for. But while Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has mocked Trump’s plans, many Mexicans praised the concept of a border wall. ‘Trump’s idea of a border wall is a good one but it should be on the southern border with Central America in order to stop the flow of Central Americans from entering both countries,’ the El Mañana board wrote in July. I beat you in blacks yesterday; I'm going to beat you in women today. This is what makes them feel superior to other people, especially other white people. It's not about racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.; it's just a self-actualization movement for people with emotional issues. The dead giveaway is that all the hacks on the left are using the same jokes. Compare the opening lines of James Kirchick of the New York Daily News and Dana Milbank of The Washington Post in their columns on Hillary's "basket of deplorables" insult: Kirchick: "Hillary Clinton was way off base Friday night when she claimed that 'half' of Donald Trump supporters are 'deplorable' racists, sexists and nativists. ... It's not 50 percent of Trump supporters who are bigots. It's closer to 100 percent.” Milbank: "Hillary Clinton may have been unwise to say half of Donald Trump's supporters are racists ... If anything, when it comes to Trump's racist support, she might have low-balled the number.” It never occurs to a hack that someone else may have had the same idea. But as long as liberals are such perfect thermometers of deplorableness, could they tell us how many Muslims are "deplorable”— specifically, what percentage are “sexist” or “homophobic"? For decades now, the most important job of anyone covering a presidential election is to unceasingly demand that the Republican candidate disavow David Duke. This laughably irrelevant man must be trotted out as a bogeyman to frighten NPR listeners. Instead of reporting news, journalists have become Official David Duke Disavowal Demanders. The only way we find out that Duke is still alive is that Republicans are asked to denounce him every four years. For all we know, Duke died 20 years ago and the media are using a body double. Will Hillary ever be asked to "disavow" Al Sharpton, George Soros, Black Lives Matter or Colin Kaepernick? These are people who have power and visibility even when it's not an election year. In fact, the only time some of them are not in the public eye is during election years, when, for example, Al Sharpton is sent off to a safe house for six months. By contrast, the only time Duke is in the news is during election years. Nasheed was taken into police custody on October 20, 2014, in front of the Ferguson, Missouri police dept,... she was in possession of a firearm at the time of her arrest (after having sponsored anti-gun legislation).. After police smelled alcohol, they prompted her to take a breathalyzer, which she refused to do. Nasheed went on record publicly saying "Sometimes you have to break the law" JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. —A Democratic [duh] state senator from St. Louis refused to stand while her colleagues recited the Pledge of Allegiance in the Missouri Capitol. Sen. Jamilah Nasheed said she sat while others said the pledge at the start of Wednesday's short session as a form of protest. She said she acted in solidarity with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who has refused to stand for the national anthem all season in protest of police brutality and racial oppression in the United States. Nasheed said she wants to call attention to those issues and isn't "anti-America." Nasheed's protest was met with silence in the chamber, unlike Kaepernick, who has been booed for kneeling during the anthem. Congratulations Jamilah.  You are today's poster girl for why the nation as a whole is fed up with antics like this, and will likely send  Donald Trump to the White House with the most lopsided victory and mandate in U.S. history.
