If it's spring it's time for ...




Hucker and my g'son surprised with 1/2 bushel crabs.  Cost? $136.  Yikes. But, my oh my, they were goooooood and worth every cent of his money.

No matter how many different ways I cook fish, I always come back to Old Bay and lots of lemon. I did a Cobia this weekend, chunked it up and cooked on a bed of onions and garlic. The neighbors thought I really had skills. How much easier could it be. -Anymouse
