All-Female Court Panel Overturns Rape
Because deemed too ugly to be raped

Three female judges in an appeals court in Italy overturned a 2015 rape conviction in part because the victim in question was deemed too ugly to have been raped. I've seen the article around a couple of days, but haven't gone through it in detail. Just from the photo, even blurred, it looks like the "victim" is a man claiming to be a woman. The "rape" seems to be supporting his claim to be a woman. No, I'm not going to read the rest. What's it going to tell me, that I'm wrong?

It’s of interest to me because I can visualize the wack-fem response. Yes, sometimes I’m a bad person.

And these three still have jobs? Why haven't the Italians dragged them out to the nearest lampposts and given them the old piano wire treatment?
