All-Female Court Panel Overturns Rape
Because deemed too ugly to be raped


Three female judges in an appeals court in Italy overturned a 2015 rape conviction in part because the victim in question was deemed too ugly to have been raped. The alleged victim, then 20 years old, was not found to be a credible rape victim because she was too unattractive and “masculine,” according to the three female judges. The Daily Mail reports:

I've seen the article around a couple of days, but haven't gone through it in detail. Just from the photo, even blurred, it looks like the "victim" is a man claiming to be a woman. The "rape" seems to be supporting his claim to be a woman. No, I'm not going to read the rest. What's it going to tell me, that I'm wrong?

And these three still have jobs? Why haven't the Italians dragged them out to the nearest lampposts and given them the old piano wire treatment?
