In other words, that she was found out.

The EPA Gets Caught in a Big Fat Lie I'm not real fond of the title because it infers that this is a first time thing for the EPA, an agency so destructive that perpetrator Richard Nixon's corpse should be disinterred and actually impeached for real. .  But I digress.
