Rudy, a comfort movie

After watching the Redskins lose  to  the godless komminists from Seattle, I needed some comfort, and wouldn't you know?   RUDY is playing on cable.  I have seen this film maybe 30 times.  It's that movie I can never not watch when I stumble upon it ... a comfort movie.  Screw komminists from Seattle, and  go  Rudy.

The problem with the film is (besides the lack of pornography), it isn't even close to being accurate. Rudy is pure fantasy, created by the real Rudy.

Rudy was not loved, or even known by fellow ND players, nor was there a big deal, fans cheering, to get him into the game.

Also, the star of the film, that Hobbit in the L of the Rings fellow, was a passionate Kerry supporter in the last Pres. Election.

Dumbasssss Hollywood Actor.

Hey now, the state of Washington is not commie. Infact the Hawks are going all the way this year.

Rudy is a great film. It always reminds me of my son when he was about three. We saw it at the movies. We left the theater he was fine. As I was buckling him in the car he burst into tears.....I asked him what was wrong and he sobbed out the words....Rudy....got...to...play...football.....

I think "the Broncos BEAT the Patriots" has a much better ring to it than "the Patriots lost to the Broncos"
