In case you missed it, and are wondering how the hell Anna Nicole Smith's inheritance scam made it to the Supreme Court, click the pic for the WSJ's take that I posted last month. This is the best Anna Nicole has ever looked, IMO. Normally she looks like a Las Vegas chorus girl gone to seed. And why the hell is the Administration siding with her in this case? I give up. They were married. Many places that's good for half. Don't approve of the marriage? That doesn't matter.
There is evidence the old man told his attorneys to rewrite his will to take care of her. They didn't do what he said.
The other party actually forged parts of the will to exclude any way of her benefiting. That is against the law.
She should get a substantial part of the estate. All? No, but the other side must be punished for their illegal collusion.
Whatever one thinks of Anna Nicole Smith personally, she happens to be right. Many of the SCOTUS justices seemed to understand that today. -

Boils down to this for me: I can only remember one photo of the two together. She looked presentable then and, Him? The expression on/in his face/grin told me this woman made him the happiest muther fucker in a realm of happy muther fuckers....GIVE HER THE FUCKING MONEY!
