The Russians sell all kinds of stuff on www.russarms.com - tanks, migs, AK's, you name it. It used to have an english version, but I see it's all in Russian now.

There are a few companies in the US importing MIGs and refurbishing them as "Experimental" aircraft.

Generally much less expensive than a new Cessna ... but they drink fuel like a sewer ... you will spend more than a few thousand just to fill the tank ... and a MIG-21 is damned near at low fuel emergency immediately after take-off.
