Howard Dean searches for candidates who float.

Hope Floats?
While he was in New  Orleans, trying to undercut Democrat Ray Nagin's chance for reelection, DNC Chairman Howard Dean went on the recruiting trail. He needs somebody to replace the about to be imprisoned Louisiana Democrat  Rep. William Jefferson.

William J. Jefferson, Democrat Louisiana, should not be let off with a mere wrist slap, but I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't bring Johnny Cochran back from the dead to play the race card, and he'll wriggle out on some nefarious plea bargain.
