I had to run into Annapolis during rush hour this morning, so I had time to think, and this is what I came up with.
Isn't it peculiar that Democrats constantly (when they don't have
the White House) moan and holler about an 'Imperial President," or
"Bush is trying to usurp power," but are quite content to allow a
single unelected federal judge living in Berkeley to, in effect, pocket
veto any law that annoys him? What's with that? .
