You got it wrong, this time. Clinton will have his lackeys sue and they will claim all kinds of stuff. What is implied in these threats is that if and when the Democrats take over they will harass every ABC license and close some TV stations. This is much scarier than you realize. I cannot express my rage at what is happening and the silence of the media. Bias my rosey red, Irish ass! This is outright capitulation to disgraced president and his circle of convicted cronies. I now can only consider the media an organ of the DNC.

I've a close friend, very smart Ph.D. chemistry. Long history together. He's one of those who just does not like President Bush. So be it, when we get together, we leave the politics aside and chat about other things.
However, tomorrow (prolly Monday, coz he likes his football), I'll get in touch with him. There is no doubt in my mind that he'll be calling shenanigans on the democrats for this stunt.
