Indict the New York Times

A Child's Guide to Treason
Henry Mark Holzer here lays down the legal justification for indicting the New York Times under terms of the Espionage Act. These closing paragraphs describe why it's necessary.
''Several years ago Erika Holzer and I wrote a book entitled “Aid and Comfort”: Jane Fonda in North Vietnam, which proved that her conduct in Hanoi made her indictable for, and convictable of, treason.  We discovered that she was not indicted because of a political failure of will by the Nixon administration.  To summarize a chapter of our book, suffice to say that the government was afraid to indict a popular anti-war actress who had the support of the radical left.  Even today, three decades after Fonda’s trip to North Vietnam and three years after the publication of our book, we receive countless letters lamenting that Hanoi Jane was never punished for her conduct.

''We tell them that it’s too late, that any possibility of seeing justice done for Fonda’s traitorous conduct is long gone.  That is all the more reason why those of us who remember the Fonda episode, and who understand the nature and importance of today’s War on Terror, should not rest until the government calls to account The New York Times—in a court of law, with an indictment and hopefully a conviction, under the Espionage Act.''

Well like I said a few days ago, if a Republican administration with President who could give a rat's behind about public opinion hasn't indicted these traitorous bastards, it just ain't gonna happen. Don't forget there are some really twisted individuals working in sensitive positions. They gots to go too.

I would love to see the firestorm it would raise. Especially on Kos, DU, Common Dreams, Huffreakton, etc I bet some of these assholes would literally be dying. And I'd have to tune into some of the MSM newscasts, OMG. There'd be no happy talk from Katie. Can you imagine Cafferty and Olbermann? Their heads would be duct taped and they'd be slobbering all over.

Too bad. We can dream though.

Justice demands the Times be indicted and I have not given up yet.I believe that a referral has already been made to the Justice department and I hope to see an indictment when the damn thing is complete.

as much as i like the idea, it is such a huge political football, with the free speech alarmists screaming bloody murder.

and i want nothing, absolutely nothing, to empower some liberal Democrat...

the Times continues to sink itself, becoming similar to the garbage published by the Nation Moonbats.

don't misunderstand, i am all for it, but the case has to be rock solid to prove, then we have to make certain some liberal nut isn't the judge, and that the libs do not overwhelm the jury.

otherwise, if we fail to get a conviction, it can only empower the folly.

if we can get the leakers, put them away forever.

then, it may be easier to fine the crap out of the TIMES. hit them in the bank, crushing their desperate state of finances.

as well as, creating a top, top, top, top, secret counter leaking unit, designed to plant stories to confuse the Gray Lady...

i will never forget, during the Reagan Administration, the intentional passing of some seemingly classified computer software technology, which was actually a destructive virus, giving the Soviets fits.
