you said it Mr. S...
Alec Baldwin ?
DiCaprio and Scorsese have teamed up before, with a nice concept about the gangs in NYC, and with some okay moments, it turned into a 'way too long' piece of bore...
i cannot remember a good Scorsese film since Good Fellas, but my memory stinks in recent film.
but it is not my brain, it is mostly because the films remain weak. - 10/6/06, 11:30 PM

It is disconcerting when you make a list of hollywood elites who infuriate you and compare it with a list of people you recognise as beeing able to 'act', 'play', 'paint', whatever, their asses off. For most people, I'll wager, will find most names on both lists.

See, I've never had the problem of separating actors in their role, and publicly shooting their mouths off.
I like Martin Sheen (Apocalypse Now, West Wing, among others). Sean Penn and Johnny Depp are very good. Alec Baldwin at the beginning of Glengarry Glen Ross was amazing.
Anyway, I put "Departed" in my queue at Netflix, and while there, was recommended "Mean Streets", which I've never seen. It's coming next. - 10/7/06, 3:35 PM
