Fastest Street Legal

People are always asking, ''Say Rodge, what's the hull speed of my boat?''
Back when I was seriously into sailboat racing, I learned arcane stuff like calculating the theoretical fastest hull speed achievable by various boats (Maximum Hull Speed = 1.34 * LWL1/2, where LWL= length of the hull at the waterline).  That was pretty much it then, my Cal 25 was not going faster than 5.99 Knots, unless I got it to plane.

Are there physical limitations on other things?  If a 4 minute mile is possible, how about a 3 minute?  Or, a 2?  How about 0-to 60 in an automobile?  This 1967 Dodge Coronet 440  would go zero to 60 miles per hour  in 6.3 seconds.  What's the limit?  In fact, what is the fastest street legal car in the world?

We need to see this kind of thing in the middle east. When they can have this kind of fun, than there'll be hope.

i feel if someone asks why the Republican Majority is worthy of a vote, Rep. Hunter's effort says it all...
"Does CNN Want America to Win This Thing?"

clearly worthy of support and CNN should be deported...
