Kerry's America hating constituency

And the answer is ...
Military Hating Donk Goons
Just below I rhetorically pondered on just what constituency is John Kerry so comfortable with, whilst denigrating the United States military, that it's become habit?   This answer is more damning than Kerry's statement .  That is, to anyone who heretofore thought Kerry had value as a human being.

" According to a former Kerry 2004 presidential campaign staffer who has worked with the Kerry Senate offices to coordinate his appearances on behalf of Democrat candidates this year, Sen. John Kerry's prepared remarks last Monday included a slightly more detailed joke about being stuck in Iraq.

"The reason they had the joke in there was because of the crowd," the staffer says. "We'd told the office that there would be lots of MoveOn.org types, lots of young people at the event, so they gave him material to play to what we consider to be the important base of the party for next week. Kerry was playing to the crowd, giving them what the Democrats think they want to hear." -  Let Me Entertain You

Ugh...I find myself unable to comment on Kerry's 'joke'. I'm sorry to say that I don't reckon he was taking a shot at the troops, I think he was taking a shot at Bush, and it came out wrong. I'm glad Repubs are taking advantage of it, as we know the Dems would...But yeah, I really don't think It was meant how it came out.

Or he could have meant exactly what he said, and I'm a victim of spin. Durno, either way, I have plenty of other reasons to dislike Kerry, whether this was actually a slam on the troops or not.

Josh, I was recently wondering if you'd been given permanent detention, or fallen victim to life threatening wedgies. :)

If we accept the Donk spin, it's pretty ironic then that this man who is inferior to George Bush in measured IQ and accomplishment, was stupid enough to miss the stupidity of this stupid joke.

Psh, I'm twice the size of anyone my age, I might have had a long stint in detention for GIVING life threatening wedges though.

And you do have a point Professor, I guess if you don't educate yourself, you end up as the next Ted Kennedy...losing a presedential bid and making an ass of yourself for the next 20 years.

Kerry LIED about troops who DIED. That's about all I need to know about the subject.

For some reason, I took his "gaffe" as against the K.I.A., not just against the ones still serving. Maybe I shouldn't be so stident. Naw, maybe not.

That is an another thing that is wrong with Kerry. He thinks that drooling, screaming, left-wing wackos are normal Americans.

Earlier this week I had a conversation with a Viet Nam vet. This guy didn't seem like a deep thinker or the type to pay much attention to politics, but he said that if he had served under him, Kerry would not have returned from that war alive. I shook the man's hand and thanked him for his service(as I do with all vets), and expressed my regret that he didn't have the privilege to serve with Kerry.

I don't understand what all the hoopla is about. John Kerry denigrated our troops? Stop the presses! Cripe, the man has made a career out of telling malicious lies about our troops. He's been doing it for thirty-five years. It would have been bigger news if he had said something nice about them.

I'd like to introduce the words "Tetophilia™" and "Tetophile™"---"Those who fervently pray to the Gods for another Cronkite/Ellsburg."

I admit my hair was damn near to my ass at times during the '60's..."Hey! Automatic BJ's"...but, I STILL got massive woodys seeing Robin Olds grin ear to ear.

"Kill 'em early. Kill 'em often. Kill 'em THERE."

Kerry said what he intended to say that is more than obvious. The joke part came to late and is an obvious dodge. As stated above he has made his career off the backs of the serving militaryby defaming and smearing them. Perhaps it is only fitting that his shameful career is ended by what began it.

Sin-Dee looks awfully happy in the picture. Do you think she just got finished with some good old back-door-front-door action with Al Sharpie and Action Jackson???
