This country is in for a wild and schocking ride the next two years and it will get worse unless republican leaders pull there collective heads out of there ass. A Hillary Presidency would just about finish this country with her pal Pelosi and Murtha in control in the congress.But the Republican leadership has still not learned they believe losing the 06 election was all about Iraq instead of illegal immigration and out of control spending.
I also blame the Bush administration for losing the iniative in Iraq by failing to prosecute leakers in the NSA and reporters that gave away security secrets. Then Bush keeps saying Democrats are good people we just disagree about the War while they continued to savage him. He should have painted them as un American from day one and told the people the truth democrappers are pulling for Americans to lose the war and for as many American military deaths as they can get to regain power. -

I think her conceit here is still that Al Queda is not even PRESENT in Iraq. All the bombs are being set off by Patriotic Iraqi Freedom Fighters responding in the only proper way to imperialistic occupation, or something.

Don't assume she's making a mistake. The right wing froths at her outrageous statements. The left wing cheers her on and grins and their day is made. The vast middle aren't paying ANY attention. It's just stupid Washington speechifying to them and they ignore it. It's a bone thrown to the left, is all, and it's safe.
On the things they would pay attention to - the appointment of Reyes as the head of the Intelligence committee, she's not making mistakes.
So far, at least, the Dems are not screwing up their 08 chances like we thought they would. -
