Since his death in 1974,
Earl Warren's gravesite has been under 24/7 guard to prevent him from
changing his mind and coming back. Authorized by a 1969 Executive
Order (EO- 5397254, know as the ''Demons In History
Order") Warren was the first to qualify; the last was Alan
Cranston 1n 2000. Former President Jimmy Carter is furiously
trying to get the law overturned.
