Communism finds a home in Washington State

Jim McDermott 's State
Communism made a larger impact on Washington than almost any other state.
Communism in Washington State

Thanks to Jamie Mac for digging this up.  Not only does Seattle sport a bronze statue of Lenin, the University of Washington has a Harry Bridges Chair.  Bridges was a communist who held sway over west coast dock unions, an influence still felt today. Washington's democrat party is Red to its core.   Gimme some damn fuel will you, so I can smite those people?

Remember, we are still officially at war with North Korea (truce talks continue to this day) so killing commies would only constitute a misdemeanor truce violation.

Powdered iron oxide, powdered aluminum, statue of Lenin. Some assembly required.

Well Roger I don't know if it would be a violation at all since North Korea never signed the armistice. The North and South are officially still at war.

One other point. If you read how the commie organizations worked and helped the Clintons during there campaign to defeat Dole it should not be a suprise i still believe that Washington has a couple comunist congress critters.
