I had to suffer through a "Diversity Awareness" course at work (taught by a very butchy, man-hating womyn, ironically enough) and one of the examples of harassment was the concept of "Black Names." Acccording to the HR department, even a reference to the subject is considered Racial Harassment and is grounds for firings.

My best friend at work is a black woman. She looked at me and said "what the hell are they talking about? Of course there are black names! Too many Q's and K's and Y's... oh, now I guess they'll fire ME for bringing it up."
