Oh, gosh! I just watched this. Thanks for the belly laugh. :D
I only wish it were so hilarious when I've waited on hold forever to customer service (any number of companies) and get connected with India. That...not so funny. But the names they assume to try and throw us off track is great.
*best Indian accent* "Hello. I am Annie Smith; Sean Patrick; Norman Bates."
Yeah, right.
