Keep in mind that in Japan, Sapporo is the number one selling beer, and their 'Diet' is the same as our Congress or the British Parlaiment.
Congressional Water... nah, still wouldn't buy it. I'd worry it would cause bloating... -

When I was younger I wanted to market Dehydrated water in my local hiking store. Just an empty foil pouch w/directions on front like add 2 cups water wait 3 min, stir. Remember dehydrated ice cream? Good stuff. Never had it? Google it I guess. Been over a decade for me. Oh yeah, the hiking store was overun with hippies(it was the 70's) I probably could have made a mint. Ha!
