I've been told that in S. Africa leopards present similiar problems that coyotes do here. One even set up house in a soccer [futball] stadium. Tough neighborhood.

Peter Capstick wrote about them, did mention a pair who were living in the maintenance tunnels of a stadium, coming out at night to eat dogs & cats. From what they could tell, had been there several months before anyone spotted them.

Also considered them one of the most dangerous animals in Africa.

I remember when I first go that picture in an email and thought it was fake. I checked www.snopes.com and it was real! The guy actually lost control and flipped it over the guard rail and landed there!
