Zell Miller

''Zell Miller"

Listen to these homilies by Zell Miller and tell me what you think about a Thompson-Miller ticket. Hell, I'd even go for a Miller-Thompson team.

Zell is a Statesman, I'm for him.

BTW, that copperhead story strikes me as likening todays democrats to civil war democrats. Zell was right.

I LOVE ZELL!
If it weren't for Zell's ten year advance on Fred's age, I'd go the Miller-Thompson ticket. Reagan became president at 70, but I fear voting conservatives may shy from the 76yrs of life knowledge. I know. It's much of what makes him great.
Have you actually seen or heard any suggestion of this ticket????!!!

It won't happen Juice. The Republican party machinery is in the hands of scaredy-pants moderates, and too much internecine jealousies and politics would squash it. My gut feeling is that the GOP, if it must have Thompson, would like someone like Olympia Snowe to balance the ticket.

Ewww. Olympia Snow. Bubble officially popped, but I'm gonna hang on to your proposal as a means of keeping a smile plastered on my face. :D

IMHO, (big assumption here) if the GOP powers that be, feel a Thompson/Miller ticket would be an iron clad ticket to the Oval Office, they would give it a shot. That being said, a more realistic one might be Thompson/Huckabee.

That was excellent. I do love Zell!

If you folks can't use him, can I draft him for Canada.
He seems the perfect antidote to our marxist/socialist, politically correct, multicultural nightmare.
Cheers!
