Carl Levin should get down on his kees and thank Senators Schumer, Kennedy, Leahy, Boxer, and Arlo Sphincter for keeping him, barely, off the Top Five Most Despicable MFCS in the United States Senate list..  And I do mean, barely.  Last week we noted that this haughty bag of rectal belch was on his way to warn Iraq's new government  "if you want a civil war in this country, that's your choice. Count us out of your civil war."  God only knows what purpose Levin had in mind by telling an ally government, already spooked by congressional democrats underming their success, that they were looking for yet another reason to leave them in the lurch.  Turns out, it was worse than that.  Here's the lede to IBD's editorial, Sen.
