Betcha there ain't many people out there who've tasted milk right out of the cow.  Before we'd go hunting, gramps made me help milk Bessie.  After, he filled a tin cup with it, still warm and frothy, and I'd drink it. Then he had a cup. Gramps thought it was quite a treat; I thought I'd upchuck.  It was the warm that got me.

For real fun, follow up with a tablespoon of vinegar. Instant cottage cheese, in vitro.

Neat party trick. Till somebody vomits, that is.

I use it often as a substitute for butter milk in recipes.

Should uh milked a brown cow. That way ya would have got warm hot chocolote. :)
