In real life,I think, people seem to start out pretty Liberal,most of the time,then with the wisdom that comes with age,many of them become Conservatives.On the contrary,in the media world,it generally seems to go the other way.Remember how CNN seemed to be a balanced breath of fresh air when it first came on and as time went by it slid into the cesspool of pure unadulterated Liberal sewage.Remember Fox before Horrendo Geraldo came on the scene? As balanced as he seemed at the time,we knew that the day would come when he would revert to the old worn out Empress of Liberaldom.We all have seen TV shows start out by testing the waters,to see how Left they could swerve and then do just that.Mass media never gets it as they continue to swim againt the tide of majority.Conservative success on radio doesn't prove a damn thing as far as they're concerned. They just wont give up on the idea that they can indoctrinate and brain screw everyone into accepting their washed up philosophy of a socialist or Communistic valhala.I have to admit though, as I have said before,that their skills in this sort of endeavor, far surpass those of the average Conservative.Damn shame we don't have control of at least half of the educational facilities so we could train up and coming Conservative youth as well as they, the Left, train their minions.I think sometimes the thing that keeps a civil war from erupting, is the group of floaters that are suckered in by the Left's regurgitated,puke of misinformation, and then seem to regain their senses and form reasonable and sane ideas for a time,before reverting again to the insanity of following the hypnotic melodies of the pied pipers of pipe dreams,the Left wing America haters and potential destroyers of their heritage.This wishy-washy ocillation by the easily swayed, gives both Left and Right hope of final victory and probably keeps out & out war from breaking out.Any hope that these half wits will ever learn or that succeeding generations will become smarter? Doubtful. At the risk of being the biggest pessimist in the room, I think not.In my lifetime, I think it has gone the other way.Heaven(wish there was one) help us.

Agreed! In fact, can't remember who first said it, but an old saw goes something like ... when you're a young man, if you're not a liberal, you have no heart. By the time your daughters are growing up, if you haven't become a conservative, you have no brain. -

conservatism will win in the end. The crappers have just had control of the house and senate less than six months and plunged the bodies rating to the lowest poin in history. Down to 145 in some polls makes Bush look like Elvis. It was Churchill by the way. Truman was to much of a dullard to come up with anything like that.

Limbaugh gave Churchill credit for the gem last week, first time I heard it was in a History class 30 years ago, the prof. attributed it to Kaiser Wilhelm.
Truman was not a dullard by any stretch of the imagination, a master of manipulation, but no dullard. -
