Clinton Judges

"At what point do the pitchforks come out?"

A call to Jim Quinn from a Euclid Ohio voter this morning caused him to exclaim, "At what point do the pitchforks come out?"  Add Clinton appointee Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley to the list of liberal activists that simply cannot be allowed to continue on the bench if we have any hope of preserving our representative democracy.

The caller did not explain that O'Malley  was ruling against Euclid in a case brought by the Bush DOJ, but the fact remains, in a nutshell, that Judge O'Malley, fearing upcoming election results would not be to her liking, stopped November city council elections until Euclid redraws boundaries to guarantee more black representation.  Like most activist liberals before her, O'Malley twisted the Voting Rights Act. to justify her action.   See The News-Herald - Euclid loses case
