Oh, jeeze we need smiles today. Thanks so much, this is great! Animals warm the hearts of mankind.
Our home listed for 475K (reasonable) was offered 390K/seller pays all closing. MFCS. This ain't no fire sale! It's those damned foreclosures and distress sales killing "simply fabulous" homes like ours. Guess we'll be buying a boat and enjoying my husband's recent retirement. With our DOG! :)) He'll be a boat'n doggie, as he already likes to swim and raft down the American.
Tim, we won't be seeing ya'all in FL anytime soon, unless we lease out, but we will be there in Feb to celebrate Christmas when our girl returns from Iraq. Maybe see your family again, then. Cheers! -

Things have a way of working out so maybe this just means you are supposed to be there for now. We had a house on the market once that got a similar insulting offer - we kept negotiating and arrived at a final deal but guess what? It fell through and in the meantime we got a back up offer that was even better! I loved being able to say 'So Long' to the first ass!
