Gary = 5 Star Coach, and he ain't leaving early for the pros! (BB)

At least one McDonald's All American boy had been part of every title since 1979 until 2002 when the University of Maryland won the title without any former McDonald's All Americans.  A great coach.

I've been saying that this is the worst Terp team since the Bob Wade days, but yesterday morning I had that feeling they would win, and so too did my kids. No feeling about the Duke game yet.

What really amused me was that the Washington Times had an article about Ginyard keeping a clipping of his performance v. Geo. Mason in the NC2A a couple of years ago. The clipping said he was a "nonfactor." And he keeps this for motivation.
After a couple of conference games that Carolina won by a point each (or close - I'm not going to look it up), UNC was just unready for a team that would be skying to beat them. And, to cap it, Ginyard was a nonfactor.
If he'd scored anywhere near his regular numbers, the Heels would have won.
