Oh.... thought you were referring to the "invisible fence" Osamabamarama and the Hildabeast et al are [have been] throwing up around us. Just wait til we all herd ourselves into those 800ft^2 apartments clustered around the "smart trains" and *then* realize the "rationale" was about as factually based as a $6,500/minute Algore rant...
