A Brit Discussing Islam

Brits "taking the piss"
(It's a cultural thing)

I found this video from across the pond (thank you "Mike") so compelling that I knocked-up Pat Condell's web site.   Oh my.  There are atheists, and there are Atheists, the latter being a religion itself, and Condell is a Bishop in that church.  He takes on, along with Islam, "my own personal ball and chain, the Catholic Church, which over the years has consigned more infidels and heretics to the flames of hell ... blah-blah-blah."  This sermon about the the Saudis, however, and the fascist Islamo beast they have loosed upon the world is quite nicely done, and has the advantage of being current.  I'm pretty sure you'll watch the entire 6 minutes.

Yes. I have seen some of his other videos, and not liked what he had to say, but he is spot on with this one. His tempo and delivery did enhance his message. I fear America is already on the heels of Europe and Muslim dominance. Those (libs) who would tolerate Muslim demands in America just don't see their own heads being sawed off by the knives of "tolerance". AND they just keep getting elected and law making our freedoms down the sh*tter.

Some of us atheists aren't blind to the danger that Islam represents.

The name itself, "Submission", almost says it all.

I didn't think it was inferred that some atheists do. I did make a distinction between small "a"theists, and those who have turned their Atheism into a movement, with religious fervor. AKA, assholes.

Yep.

Any atheist that gets uncomfortable just because someone quietly displays his/her faith while working a government job seems a bit insecure in their atheism to me.

Similar to a violent gay basher probably being a latent homosexual ...

...or the Christians who want compulory "volunrtary" prayer in schools because their own faith is so weak they can't imagine children going 7 hours without performing a religious ritual.
