For a 2 channel 'copter, that thing flies surprisingly well. Not at all like a real helicopter, but still looks like fun for < $35.

However, if you're looking for a bargain real helicopter (collective control + swashplate) check out the RC Honey Bee 4CH. Easily found for around $100. Worth every penny but not a beginner's model. Here's a great video with a first-time pilot. (skip forward about half-way if you're impatient)
