I'm somewhat nostalgic about Baltimore, so do we have a neutron or Democrat only bomb we can use?
There is some great architecture there that I'd hate to see destroyed.
I was surprised to see Dallas and Plano TX on the list, along with Provo UT.

I was curious to see if the article noticed the large Black population of most of the top cites, which they did. I think there are 2 types of liberals- Afro-Ams and Whites are libs for different reasons. Grossly simplified, the former wants govenrment to give them stuff, the latter wants government to give stuff to the former. If/when Afro-Ams decide to stand on their own feet and not look to government to solve all of their self-induced problems, the tide will turn.
Converting inner city Blacks to self-reliance and to place high value on education and work will convert this country. Some of them are starting to wake up to this, like Bill Cosby. This single thing would do more good for all of us than anything else.
