Those were in a smoker at med heat for one and a half hrs. And -- I learned about Melinda's right here at C&S when Rodger's son sent him some Chicago dogs and fries.

I love these, especially with crab meat mixed in the cream cheese. And let's not forget the cold frosty beverage to wash the heat down. YUM!!!
