Fun With Money
The Tesla Electro-Sport

Here's Jay Leno test driving the new Tesla Electric.  The car employs in the neighborhood of 7000 batteries, and delivers 220 miles on a charge.  Then take time for a 3 hour recharge, and off you go again.  The best part is that it's environmentally friendly, because the recharge doesn't use any elec ... . Belay that. If you can afford a garage like Jay Leno's, you can afford this $98,000 toy.  Wheeeee. Would I take one? You betcha. Pay Pal anyone?

The Tesla Roadster runs on coal.

Coal burned at a powerplant.

The US is the "Saudi Arabia" of coal ... electricity in the US is cheaper than anywhere else in the world.

Screw the Saudis and screw the Green'tards. Drive an electric.

The greenies just don't tell you how environmentally UNFRIENDLY electric cars are. Those batteries and the components of the motor use REALLY NASTY STUFF in their manufacture. And the batteries have only a limited number of recharges before they have to be replaced.

It's a dirty little secret they don't like to talk about so they can stay smug.....
