June Time

June Means Summer, but JFC!
How Hot Was It?

This hot.  Working on Huck's deck in the afternoon sun nearly did me in yesterday.  115º heat index.  When I couldn't do 5 inches + 2 inches in my head, it was a clue   I allowed myself to get dehydrated, which I assume is what's causing today's severe stomach pain.  Hope anyway.

Hope you're OK Rodger! I got tired of waiting for my painter's mitt to be delivered and picked up my own from Lowes. We stained our deck yesterday and today for the first time ever - exhausting in this ridiculous heat. I'm glad to go back to work tomorrow to get some rest!

Happy days with 'Popcicle Pete'.....Brings back memories..one not so good.....The store where I got my frozen treats had a sort of thermos chest and they kept the treats packed in dry ice and I found out one day that you can stick to a popcicle just like you can a flagpole in the winter....Lost a layer of tongue hide that day...Took about a 30 percent edge off my enjoyment.

Should have said that ice cream and popcicles from grocery store coolers are practically melting compared to the same goods packed in dry ice...That stuff is extremely cold...And..It was an interesting toy.

That picture just reminded me of your cousin and what he used to post. Nothin' weird intended, I just thought of him and wanted to share.
