Obama was on dozens of magazine covers - often depicted in photos cleverly lit to suggest he has a halo. No kidding.
Scrupulously
secular mediacrats who agonized over Mitt Romney's Mormon "problem" now
use words like "redeemer" and "savior" to describe Obama - without even
blushing.
They think they're helping him. Which only goes to show
that disaster is a parking lot paved with good intentions by the
"Charming Aristocracy."
I borrowed the label from Tom Wolfe. The
author of "The Bonfire of the Vanities" and "A Man in Full" also coined
"The Great Relearning" to describe hippies who tried to "sweep aside
all codes and restraints of the past and start out from zero," only to
find out that sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll is no better way to go
through life than fat, drunk and stupid.

Newsweek magazine, the new cover. The cover is of Obama, and they put
another halo on his head! The original picture did not have a halo, but
the wife of editor Jon Meacham walked in, saw it, didn't like it. So
Newsweek changed the cover photo of Obama with a halo and a bright
light behind him because the editor's wife didn't like the original. (Rush)
