Duncan Hunter for VP!
If Obama doesn't get the nomination the Dems are done for years by their own hand - after the last of the riots die down of course.

I just want McC to finish ahead in the Electoral College vote - icing on the cake would be to have a fair margin that is obvious on Election Day, so that I can watch Olbermann's head explode and Matthews sobbing like a school girl.
He could pick Condi Rice.
But nooo. He's gonna' pick Lindsey Graham instead.
I wouldn't be shocked if he chose Hillary.

The Dems last best chance is to dump the Messiah and pick Hillary, which I really don't want to happen.
As for GOP Veep, I'm very much for Mitt Romney.
Bah. In my perfect fantasy world, we just bomb the hell out of Iran, let all hell break loose now dammet, and give Bush/Cheney another term to shock and awe those islamic bastards into submission. We kick Iran's ass and islam is a memory.
Screw Obama and screw McCain.
Palin, Romney, Rudy, Hunter, FRED! are all good for me. Ridge would deliver PA which would hurt Obama terribly. Romney might deliver Michigan, especially with the race issues in Detroit and the mayor situation there. Rudy screams "calm under pressure". FRED! was the conservative dream until he refused to wake up. Hunter is great and Palin is hot as heck and rides a motorcycle.
Hey, if I have to look at McCain, at least some of the time a couple hot ladies around him would be good. His wife is one, Palin would be the other.
I seriously doubt the 5 point lead. Not yet. The country is still in it's Obamacoma but is waking up.
McCain will win, but he won't overtake until November. Don't forget that Hollywood is trying too. There are 2 "black person overcoming obstacles" movies coming up. One this weekend and The Express in mid October.
Choosing a particular VP is solely about getting more of the stupid people to vote for you. For the rest of us, it's entirely meaningless.
I don't care AT ALL who McCain chooses for VP. I just hope it gets him more votes in key states in the Electoral College.
Secretaries of State, Defense and other Depts, and nominees to the Supreme Court, are so much more important. I ignore the VP.
