McCains Choice

McCain's VP is all he has to offer conservatives
Rich Lowry has a blah-blah on McCain's supposed top two VP choices.  Al Lieberman, and Tom Ridge.

Let's be blunt.  Conservatives don't like this weasel, so we care deeply about who McCain's VP is,  because we look to the future.  The near future,  if certain actuarial tables are correct about cancered-up  septuagenarians.  So, what of these two wee schmekels. (What?  I gave myself away?)

Lieberman.  WTF?  McCain's ONLY campaign promise to conservatives is continued waging of the war against terrorists.  That's also the only issue erstwhile democrat Lieberman brings to the table. Lieberman would only galvanize the democrats who hate his guts, and leave conservatives with a severe case of the blahs. Bad choice, and could lose the election for McCain.

Tom Ridge. WTFF?  Ridge is an unaccomplished boooor-ing moderate Republican, whose selection would prove that McCain is raw stupid, as politically tone deaf as Obama - but with none of his charisma, and has a subconscious desire to be pummeled.   Conservatives will throw up their hands, and actually begin wanting to hurt McCain's chances. There will be no McCain-Ridge administration!  Period.

I think Condi Rice would be a good choice.

Only slightly better than Colin Powell.

Condi Rice - Thee Soviet Russian Expert, who was so busy this past year trying to create Palestine out of a terrorist-run shithole that she didn't notice that the pro-Western, democratic, free-market-oriented Georgia was in real trouble??? And if McCain does not pick a real conservative...I doubt he'll make it.

I will vote for McCain if he chooses a free market conservative running mate.

None of these qualify: Condi Rice, Colin Powell, Joe Lieberman, Tom Ridge, Chuck Hagel, Lindsay Graham.

I probably won't vote for McCain otherwise. Why not? I'd prefer 4 years of Obama followed by a real conservative to extending the RINO hold on the presidency -- 4 of McCain, plus 8 years of a RINO McCain vice-president.

Now you are blaming the Georgia/Russia War on the Bush administration? You sound like one of the Air America/911 Truthers.

Back on topic . . . .

You don't like Condi? Then maybe you will like who I've always predicted McCain will pick -- Lindsey Graham.

This time it's not the economy as in '92, this time it's about the Supreme Court.
