The practical upshot is that music will not be played at such venues. Well, I could live without someone else's idea music being forced on me. That judge is still a dumbass though.

Reminds me of the Jeff Dunham show (he's a ventriloquist) where a bunch of deaf people were in the audience. To confuse the sign-language person he started miming. -
