Can you imagine the race riots if he WAS disqualified?

(Ain't gonna happen. No way, no how! The fix is in.)

I don't care. If it's true, and I suspect it is, given Uhbama's reluctance; nay - refusal to document his citizenship through the simple expedient of producing the documents demanded in the suit, then he is Constitutionally ineligible and has been perpetrating a fraud on the electorate. The Dems can nominate someone else or forfeit. Fuck them.
Bring on the riots. I'm sick of years and years of racism only applying in one direction and the law being a mere suggestion for highly placed Democrats. Fuck them too. For God's sake GWB, why don't you actually use the Justice Dept. for something besides prosecuting innocent Republicans and Border patrol agents??

And another thing; once Berg filed his suit, if the Justice Dept did not insure the sanctity of the Vital Records Vault in Hawaii, then they and any Republican who did not insist on it are negligent and deserve to be fired or impeached. I smell another Sandy Bergler episode coming. The Left have millions of dollars to buy expert forgeries and skilled bagmen to make a discreet placement happen.

it's a shame, and nothing will happen, because american elites are above common law and they have decided that obama should be president as a jury decided that o j simpson was innocent. If not, it's racism, what else could be?

Nothing will become of ACORN fraud,
nothing will become of Resko,
nothing will become of the questions of citizenship.
and nothing will be done about it from the people.

Sit down and shut up, you did not fight back before, you are not going to fight back now.

Anon#2, I don't agree. Remember when the "hanging chad" debacle came about in Florida and they wanted to count ballots in private? Thousands of angry republicans appeared and pushed their way into offices, stood in protest and got in the faces of the officials, the media and the counterprotesting idiot liberals. The liberals were pissing themselves -- they'd never seen Republicans get angry before.

Maybe another civil war would be the best thing that could happen. America splits along idological lines. One side returns to being a Constitutional Republic, the other continues the downward slide to socialism and expects a bailout every ten years (our current system).

I think you are both right Jack. Just depends on how you mean 'fight'.

(Really cool side note, Army of Mom and I were there when they were doing to recount and we joined the protesters. The police were very active in keeping the opposing sides seperated by a good 50 feet or more.)

Well said Jack, but the closest we've come to civil war was during the American Revolution.

A real civil war is something nobody should want. Rather, we need another Rebellion by the States -- a realignment along the ideological lines you mentioned. That way you avoid the horror of neighbors sniping neighbors.

We Marylanders of the American type will sell-off and move to Virginia, replacing their leftists moving north. Everybody's happy.

What will happen after a fashion is New Amerika, as the commies will be known, will eventually crumble under their ineptitude, just as is happening to all of us now, and after 50 years or so we'll be back a whole nation, without the Liberals who will have been murdered in their beds by their fed up, and now wise constituencies.

We, in the Real America will watch on television and laugh over our good fortune.

Say Amen.

But Rog, I don't want to move to Nebraska. And Colorado is becoming more and more a dem controlled state. The crap our gov has pulled, and gotten away with, is just the beginning.

I can't wait to get my new property tax basis. My home value has dropped over 20%, which is fine, I'm not moving anytime soon. But Ritter illegally froze the mill levy, which means there's no way my property tax is going down.

In typical Orwellian speak, he said it wasn't a tax increase, which must have legislative approval, even though it increased the tax collected by $130M!!!

And this is exactly what's in store for all of us with Obama. In the face of a huge economic slowdown, maybe even a recession, the dems plan to tax the very people most necessary to fuel a recovery.

Nobody wants to move, but the United States that was, ain't.

A realignment, roughly across the middle, will allow the northerners to have their socialist gummint, and we can revert to the original constitution. Free movement across borders encouraged. We'll treat them like Canadians. Nice people who can't care for themselves, and yield to gummint keepers.
We'll get rich selling them stuff that they can no longer manufacture themselves.

They'll have the Ports of New York and Seattle for importing their consumer goods from China. We'll have Norfolk, Miami, Birmingham, Houston, Corpus Christi and Long Beach for our exports. It's a win-win. I don't see a downside.

If the socialists move north, maybe they'll eventually join Canada.

Rodger the Real King of France said...

That's the whole idea of the split. Liberals/Socialists/Communists get the northern half. The USA gummint will be proscribed from enacting any law that raises the 15% VAT tax, or establishing any social program except for a Center for Disease Control. There will be no Social Security, No Federal Health care, no welfare programs. They won't want to stay.

Courts have no power to override legislation. Period.
