27 years ago, I was planning on joining the Border Patrol. I worked with many Agents while in S. AZ- to a man they all warned me away all saying the same thing- it was a thankless job and the Wetbacks had more rights than the officers charged with enforcing the law and ensuring our nation's borders remained intact.
It has changed since that time, much worse now. -
